The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date, or your reservation will be canceled with a fee. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.
Payment of the deposit after this deadline carries a €40 non-refundable penalty.
APARTMENT RULES:
1. Parties are prohibited in the apartment.
2. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, building, and terraces.
4. Littering or littering the buildings stairs or terrace is prohibited.
5. Access to the building, apartment, or terrace is prohibited for more people than indicated on the reservation (including visitors).
6. Respect the apartments check-in and check-out times (until 11:00 a.m.).
7. Be respectful, polite, and courteous to the neighbors.
8. Obstructing, covering, or disconnecting the video surveillance cameras is prohibited.
9. Use of towels or sheets outside the apartment (not at the pool or beach) is prohibited.
Breaching any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
