For security reasons, suitcases or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning.


CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the corresponding additional cost:
- From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: €39
- From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €59
- From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: €99

UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you vacate the apartment later than the established Check-Out time (11:00) without having notified the accommodation, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty, based on the time of your departure:
- Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €250
- Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €290
- Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €330
- Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €380
- Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €435

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Entry is permitted only to the persons registered in the reservation. If you wish to increase the number of guests beyond your original reservation, the fee for each additional person is €39 per person, per night. Unauthorized access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid individual will result in the full forfeiture of the security deposit.

CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cost of post-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. If you would like extra cleaning or a change of towels, please contact us; this service incurs an additional charge of €60.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon prior notice, subject to a surcharge of €25 per pet, per night. The entrythe property of any pet that has not been registered or paid for will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

Please respect your neighbors rest, especially during nighttime hours.

No parties or events.

Please use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and,applicable, compensated for.
