If you wish to enter before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer early access, but this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the previous guest’s departure and the cleaning schedule.

✅ For security reasons, luggage and personal belongings cannot be left inside the apartment during the cleaning process.

✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you would like a late check-out, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the applicable additional cost:

※ From 13:00 to 15:00: €59
※ From 15:00 to 17:00: €99

✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without informing the accommodation, the following amount will be charged as a penalty from your security deposit depending on the time of departure:
※ Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €250
※ Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €290
※ Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €330
※ Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €380
※ Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €435

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. If you wish to increase the number of guests from the original reservation, the fee is €39 per additional person per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the security deposit.

✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning fee after check-in is included in the reservation. If you require extra cleaning or towel changes, please contact us. This service has an additional cost of €70.

✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice and an additional fee of €25 per pet per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the security deposit.

✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

✅ Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours.

✅ Use the facilities carefully and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated.

Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned rules will result in the full loss of the security deposit without the right to a refund.
